When the washing machine downstairs started backing up, she came to visit that very day to take pictures of the water leak, provided assistance to get the floors dry, and then dispatched a qualified and capable plumbing vendor with whom she has worked for over a decade. Though it took the plumbers a few trips to diagnose the problem (a non-standard plumbing junction which had become clogged), Lin followed up with us on a daily basis to ensure the repair was steadily moving forward. Throughout our time renting here, Lin also takes good care of us. She responds in a timely and friendly manner (often within an hour of my reaching out), works quickly to understand the request, and sends appropriate updates. Because of this, I know that I can reach out should any issue arise, which provides me with peace of mind. For these reasons, I highly recommend Lin as a property manager for any homeowners considering renting out their property.
